Pricing questions

What counts as a run?

One scheduled firing of a job, however many steps its pipeline has. A three-step pipeline that runs hourly uses about 720 runs a month.

What happens if I hit a limit?

Creating a job past your plan’s job count returns 402 plan_limit, and a schedule faster than your plan allows is rejected with a clear message. Nothing that’s already running is touched.

Do one-time jobs count toward my job limit?

Only until they fire. A job scheduled with run_at counts while it’s waiting, then stops counting once it has run, so you can schedule as many reminders and expiries over time as you like.

What happens if I downgrade?

Jobs that run too often for the new plan are paused, then the newest jobs beyond its job count. Nothing is deleted, so you can re-enable them after upgrading again.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then the account moves to Hobby.
