# Schedule Pushover notifications

Send [Pushover](https://pushover.net) notifications to your phone or a group on a schedule: reminders, daily numbers, and alerts filled in from any API.

## Example: daily revenue on your lock screen

```json
{
  "name": "Daily Stripe balance",
  "cron": { "expression": "0 8 * * *", "time_zone": "America/New_York" },
  "nodes": [
    { "id": "balance", "stripe_retrieve_balance": { "credential_id": "YOUR_STRIPE_KEY_ID" } },
    { "id": "push", "pushover_send_notification": {
        "credential_id": "YOUR_PUSHOVER_APP_ID",
        "user_key": "uQiRzpo4DXghDmr9QzzfQu27cmVRsG",
        "title": "Stripe",
        "message": "Available: {{ $.available[0].amount / 100 }} {{ $.available[0].currency }}",
        "url": "https://dashboard.stripe.com/balance" } }
  ]
}
```

## Set up

Create an application at [pushover.net/apps/build](https://pushover.net/apps/build) and save its API token as a `pushover` credential. Your user key is on your Pushover dashboard; a group key works too.

- A medication or habit reminder at a fixed local time.
- A high-priority push when a nightly export reports errors.
- A one-time reminder before a flight, with `run_at`.
